Conditions of hire for trip boat "Dragonfly"

1. Provisional bookings will be accepted by the company subject to confirmation with deposit within 7 days.

2. A deposit of 25% of the total charter fee is required together with completed booking form.

3. Party organisers or their delegates must be on board and fully responsible for the behaviour of their members and for any damage they may cause.

4. Deposits are not returned if their booking is cancelled by the party organiser or their delegates.

5. Times and cruise routes can be affected by prevailing weather or canal conditions. Every effort is made to operate cruises as arranged, but no warranty is given or implied and the company will not be held responsible nor can financial adjustment be made for any breakdowns, defects, delays, alterations or non-fulfilment of programme.

6. Full deposit will be refunded if cruise is cancelled by the company. Party organisers or their delegates shall have no further claim.

8. The company whilst taking all reasonable precautions cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage to any persons or property incurred during embarking or disembarking or during or on any part of the company property that it owns or hols on lease or any other arrangement.
